Systems | Characteristics & Applications |
1. SOLID RESINS / PUR RESIN SYSTEMS FOR CRACK INJECTION
|
Erro Grout 223E / Erro Nate 500
| Two component polyurethane injection resin for the elastic sealing of cracks in concrete structures; this system is phthalate free and has a mixing ratio from 1 : 1 in volume. |
Erro Grout 225 / Erro Nate 300
| Two component polyurethane injection resin for the structural sealing of cracks in concrete structures; this system is phthalate free and has a mixing ratio from 1 : 1 in volume. The main advantage is that the material has a high tensile strength. |
2. SOLID RESIN / FOAM SYSTEMS
|
Erro Grout 371 / Erro Nate 500 | Two component polyurethane injection system for the elastic sealing of cracks in concrete structures with a unique performance: a. In case water is present it will form an elastic foam; b. In case there is no water the material will form a flexible resin like the Erro Grout 223E/Erro Nate 500;
c. Permanent sealing as the same material can be used for the second injection if needed. This system is phtalates free and has a mixing ratio from 1 : 1 in volume |
3. WATER STOP SYSTEMS BASED ON POLYURETHANES / FOAM TYPES |
Erro Grout 447E / Erro Cat 48
| A single component, hydrophobic, water reactive polyurethane to be used as a water stop system producing a relatively stiff polyurethane foam. The main application is to stop or react away flowing water in cracks and soil. This system is phtalates free. |
4. FOAM / GEL SYSTEMS
|
Erro Grout 686
| A single component, hydrophilic, MDI based, solvent and phthalate free polyurethane to be used as a water stop system producing, depending on the amount of water, a tough, flexible polyurethane foam or an elastomeric gel. Mixing ratio polymer to water from 1 : 1 to 1 : 10 |
5. GEL SYSTEMS |
Erro Grout 858A / Erro Nate 858B | A two component, hydrophilic, MDI based, solvent and phthalate free polyurethane to be used as a water stop system producing an elastomeric gel. Mixing ratio 858A to 858B is 1 : 1 in volume. |
